CBL联合PBL教学模式在心血管内科临床教学中应用效果

【摘要】目的 评价以CBL联合PBL教学模式在心血管内科临床教学实践中的效果.方法 将在心内科轮转的住院医师随机分为试验组和对照组,每组25人.试验组采用CBL联合PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式.3周后,利用理论知识、临床实践能力测试及课后问卷调查评价2组学生的教学效果.采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计学分析.结果 试验组的理论知识测试成绩为25.8±6.2,明显高于对照组的22.6±5.9;临床实践能力成绩为38.5±7.5,也明显高于对照组的33.1±6.1,两者具有显著性差异.教学的满意度也明显优于对照组.结论 CBL联合PBL教学模式有助于提高心血管内科实习学生的理论知识和临床实践能力,有利于培养学生的学习兴趣和学习主动性,教学效果好,值得广泛推广.%Objective To investigate the effect of CBL combined with PBL teaching mode in the clinical teaching practice of cardiovascular department.Methods The residents rotated in the department of cardiovascular were randomly divided into experimental group(n=25) and control group(n=25). CBL combined with PBL teaching mode was applied in the experimental group, while traditional teaching mode was applied in the control group. Tests and questionnaire survey were applied to evaluate the teaching effect of the students in the two
groups 3 weeks later. SPSS17.0 was used to make statistical analysis, the measurement data were expressed by mean or minus standard deviation, two samples were compared with t test, the counting data appliedX2 test, and the difference was statistically significant. Results The theoretical knowledge test score and practical ability of the experimental group were both significantly high than those in the control group, and had obvious difference, and also the satisfaction degree of the students in the experimental group was obviously better than the control group. Conclusions The CBL combined with PBL teaching mode was helpful for improving the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability of the students in cardiovascular department, beneficial for the cultivation of their learning interests and initiative, and got well teaching effect, which was worth spreading widely. 【总页数】3页(83-85)
