论本科院校“英美文学”教学与学生创新能力的培养

【摘要】British and American Literature is the main course for English majors.While most students in local colleges and universities come from the rural and urban areas,and are deficient in language ability and knowledge of western cultures,the teaching reform of this course should center on the literature appreciation.Meanwhile,the cultivation of students＇ language ability and humanistic spirit should be enforced with an aim to stimulate their learning incentive,develop their innovation ability and improve their comprehensive quality.%＂英美文学＂是我国高等院校英语专业开设的一门主干课程。本科院校的学生大多来自农村和城镇,语言能力和西方文化背景知识都相对较为薄弱,因此,英美文学的教学改革应以文学赏析为中心。同时加强学生语言能力的训练与人文精神的培养,这样有利于激发学生的学习动机,培养创新能力,提高综合素质。 【总页数】3页(8-10)
