摘 要

这次设计的容是新型SLD500流态化速冻机,薯条一类食品为主要冻品。这种速冻机的冻结能力是500kg/h。主要是通过网带运送物品经过制冷区域进行速冻,一般的入料温度是15℃,出料温度是-18℃。设计容主要分为库体部分,支撑部分,进出货栏部分和挡风部分,以及蒸发器,网带,电机,振动装置的选择,最后进行传动系统和电控系统的设计。

流态化速冻机冻品经振动布料机均匀送入速冻机不锈钢输送网带上,经传动进入速冻库冻结,随着气流速度的增加,食品层开始松动,当压力降达到一定数值时,食品颗粒不再保持静止状态,部分颗粒悬浮向上,造成床层膨胀,空隙率增大,即形成流化床;在此流化床上受由下而上的强冷风吹浮处在悬浮状态下的冻品各面均受到冷风绕流,来实现冻品的快速冻结,形成单体速冻,使冻品迅速依次实现冷却、表层冻结、深层冻结三个阶段,从而获得高品质的速冻食品。因此该速冻机具有速冻效率高,能耗低,冻品质量好等特点。

ABSTRACT

The design of the content is a new type of SLD500 fluidized quick-freezing machine, fries a class of food as the main frozen. This ability to freeze freezer is 500kg / h. After cooling mainly frozen region conveying articles through the mesh belt, the feed temperature is generally 15 ℃, the material temperature is -18 ℃. The design content is divided into the part of the reservoir, the support part, the access section and the wind section, and the choice of the evaporator, the net belt, the motor and the vibration device, and finally the design of the transmission system and the electronic control system.

Fluidized quick-freezing machine frozen goods by the vibration of the machine evenly into the freezer stainless steel conveyor belt, the drive into the frozen frozen, with the air velocity increases, the food layer began to loose, when the pressure drop to a certain value, Food particles no longer remain in a static state, part of the particles suspended upward, resulting in bed expansion, porosity increases, that is, the formation of fluidized bed; in the fluidized bed by the bottom of the strong cold wind blowing in the suspended state Of the frozen products are surrounded by cold air to achieve the rapid freezing of frozen products, the formation of single quick-frozen, so that frozen products in turn quickly to achieve cooling, surface freezing, deep freezing three stages, so as to obtain high-quality frozen food. Therefore, the quick-freezing machine has the characteristics of quick freezing efficiency, low energy consumption and good quality of frozen products.
