strongly preventing the come-off of a pipe body. <P>SOLUTION: The quick connector 1 comprises a connector housing 3 and the wire retainer 5. An engaging slit is provided in a retainer mounting portion 15 of the connector
housing 3. The wire retainer 5 is mounted on the retainer mounting portion 15 so that an engaging arm 59 enters into the engaging slit 23 and protrudes into the retainer mounting portion 15.
