【摘要】目的:分析腮腺区肿瘤术后发生面神经损伤的原因.方法:对48例腮腺区肿瘤手术患者资料进行回顾性分析,统计分析各种因素下发生面神经损伤的概率.结果:21例患者出现面神经损伤,发生率43.75％.若腮腺区肿瘤为恶性肿瘤、病程较长、肿瘤位置靠近面神经以及多次手术者发生术后面神经损伤概率较高.结论:手术解剖方式、肿瘤病理病程以及多次手术等因素都与患者术后面神经损伤密切相关.%Objective To explore the reason of facial nerve paralysis after surgical treatment for parotid tumor anatomy methods. Method The records of 48 patients with parotid tumor, were retrospectively analysed. Take the statistic analysis of facial nerve paralysis rate in all kinds of factors. Results The occurrence rate of facial nerve injury were about 43.75%. There were higher rate with facial nerve paralysis in malignant tumor, several times, and whose tumor nearby the facial nerve. Conclusions There were closely relationship between facial nerve paralysis and operation, the parotid anatomy methods, different surgical methods, pathology diagnosis, the tumor location and the operation times.
