【摘要】目的：观察窄谱中波紫外线联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法：收治白癜风患者80例，随机分为对照组和研究组各40例，比较两组治疗疗效和不同分期、不同分型治疗效率。结果：研究组治疗总有效率82.50%，明显优于对照组的62.50%(P＜0.05)。对照组和研究组不同分型、不同分期差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：窄谱中波紫外线联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风患者具有肯定的疗效，对局限性、稳定期白癜风患者的疗效显著。%Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of narrow band ultraviolet B combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:80 patients with vitiligo were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 40 cases in each.The treatment curative effects of two groups and treatment efficiency of different stages and different types were compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the study group was 82.50%,which was significantly better than 62.50% of the control group(P<0.05).In the control group and the study group,the difference was
