【摘要】目的:应用光谱测色法检测肝原性黄疸患者的面色资料,对阴黄与阳黄之间的色差进行了比较.方法:采集了268位肝原性黄疸患者的面色数据,根据临床特点进行阴黄和阳黄辨证,比较阴黄与阳黄的CIE(国际照明组织委员会)LAB均匀色彩空间分布特点,并计算其总色差、明度差、色度差、饱和度差、色相差.结果:肝原性黄疸阴黄与阳黄患者面色在CIE LAB色空间表现出明显不同的分布特点,阴黄与阳黄患者在鼻尖与额头部位的总色差分别为9.98和5.82色差单位,其中明度差为主要成份,分别为9.95和5.67色差单位.结论:通过CIELAB色空间的色差比较,显示肝原性黄疸阴黄与阳黄患者的面色存在着明显色差及其特点,与临床表现特点相符,为黄疸的中医辨证分型提供了客观参考指标.%Objective:To study the data of facial complexion in hepatogenic jaundice which were detected by optical spectrum colorimetry,and analyse the differences of colorimetric
