云南西仪薪酬管理制度
第一章 總則
際情況訂立的薪酬績效管理規定,是員工獲得正當勞動報酬的保證,也是維持企業效率和持續發展的保證,體現了公司效益與員工利益相結合的原則。
第一条 本制度是公司(以下簡稱“公司”)依據國家法律法規並結合企業自身實
第二条 本制度旨在獎勵先進、督促後進和提高員工工作積極性,以建立起吸引人才、留住人才、充分激勵員工的公平的薪酬績效體系。
第三条 本制度適用於公司除高層管理人員以外的所有員工。 第四条 本制度適用的人員分類:
1.
中層管理序列:各部門正(副)經理;
2. 市場序列:對公司產品銷售及市場開拓承擔直接責任的各崗位,如市場推廣、合作院校拓展、代理商拓展、直接客戶開發等部門的員工;
3. 咨詢序列:指對業務運營或管理服務的質量和水平承擔直接責任的各崗位。如電話咨詢員、現場咨詢員、客戶投訴處理等崗位的員工;
4. 輔助序列:指從事職能或從事後勤服務工作的崗位。如人力資源管理、財務管理、行政管理等崗位;
第五条 本制度適用的部門:公司暫時不設部門,以後根據實際情況進行設置。
第二章 薪酬體系
第六条 實行崗位績效工資制,堅持“以崗位為基礎,以業績為導向”的付薪思路。 第七条 薪酬的結構
共由以下部分構成:月度工資、季度獎金、年度績效、福利津貼。各部分及比例具體參見下表:
