定语从句II（where, when, why ）
1. when 指时间，在从句中作时间状语，它的先行词为time, day, date, morning, night, week, year, moment, period, age等，亦可用“介词+which”替代。
The time when I first met Nelson Mandela was a very difficult period of my life. We went through a period when everything was expensive in the market. I still remember the time when I first traveled by plane.
2. where指地点，在从句中作地点状语。它的先行词通常为place, spot, street, house, room, city, town, country等，亦可用“介词+ which”替代。
Can you tell me the company where he works?
China is the only country where wild pandas can be found. This is the house where I lived two years ago.
3. why 指原因或理由，它的先行词只有reason，在定语从句中作原因状语，亦可用“介词for+ which”替代。
Can you tell me the reason why you didn’t come to his birthday party? Please give me the reason why you were late this time.
4. Give a little display of your great talent: I will never forget the days when I worked in the countryside. I will never forget the days that/which I spent in the countryside.
