1)the idea that life is fair 生活是公平的这个观点 同位语从句：对名词进一步解释，说明名词的具体内容；
定语从句：对名词进行限定
能接同位语从句的名词：idea 想法, fact 事实, news 消息, suggestion 建议, 等等
注意与定语从句的区别：the idea that he put forward 他提出的这个观点
2)定语从句：...something a teacher said 一个老师说过的某件事
...children who are out of school. 失学的儿童
3)(时间)状语从句：...when I was a high school student. When we say that life isn’t fair,we mean... When he was 13 years old,he broke his neck.
He isn’t a failure until he begins to blame somebody else.
4)宾语从句：We usually think that life should be fair. When we say that life isn’t fair,we mean everyone is different.
He knew that a good education was his only way to success.
