alkylethoxyglucoside citric ester.The sample was separated on SinoChrom ODS-BP chromatographic column (4.6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm) with a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.02％ (φ) CF3COOH mixed in different ratio as mobile phase in gradient elution.The contents of 3 components were determined by Evaporation Light Scattering Detector (ELSD),with quantification by the method of normalization.As shown by the experimental results,the proposed method was proved to feasible in the general analysis of the alkylethoxyglucoside citric ester products and in its quality control.%提出了采用高效液相色谱法测定糖苷化醇醚柠檬酸酯产品中醇醚、醇醚柠檬酸酯、醇醚糖苷柠檬酸酯等组分的含量.采用SinoChrom ODS-BP色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),用不同配比的乙腈和0.02％(体积分数)三氟乙酸溶液的混合液为流动相进行梯度淋洗,用蒸发光散射检测器检测,峰面积归一化法定量.结果表明:方法可用于糖苷化醇醚柠檬酸酯产品组分的全面分析,和对产品的质量控制. 【总页数】4页(867-869,873)
