【摘要】Objective To investigate the expression and significance of AFP and CEA in serum and saliva of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma .Methods 45 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma were collected as observation group in our hospital treated from November , 2013 to November, 2015; And 22 normal adults were observed as control group .Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) to detect the content of alpha fetoprotein ( AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen ( CEA) in the serum and saliva of two groups . Results The results showed that there was no significant difference between serum CEA , and saliva AFP levels (P >0.05).The levels of salivary AFP and serum CEA were statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).According to different clinicopathological indexes , patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma were divided into groups.There was no statistical difference between the clinical content of each index (P>0.05). Conclusions If the expression level of AFP in serum and CEA in saliva of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma is obviously abnormal , it may provide an effective reference for clinical diagnosis and prognosis and has the potential clinical application
value .But the expression rates can not effectively reflect the progress of the tumor, the degree of malignancy and the degree of differentiation .%目的：以口腔鳞癌患者为观察对象，探讨血清及唾液中 AFP、CEA 的表达及意义。方法选取2013年11月至2015年11月收治的口腔鳞癌患者45例为观察组，另选同期在本院体检的健康人员22例为对照组，采用酶联免疫吸附法（ ELISA ）分别检测两组对象血清及唾液中甲胎蛋白（ AFP ）、癌胚抗原（ CEA）的含量。结果口腔鳞癌组与对照组相比，血清CEA水平、唾液中AFP水平均无统计学差异（P＞0．05），唾液CEA水平、血清中AFP水平均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。根据不同病理参数进一步对口腔鳞癌患者进行分组，不同资料分组对比显示各个指标临床含量之间无统计学差异（ P＞0．05）。结论口腔鳞癌患者血清中AFP、唾液中CEA表达有明显异常，可能为临床诊断及预后判断提供有效参考，具有潜在的临床应用价值；但并不能有效反映肿瘤的进展情况、恶性程度及分化程度等。 【总页数】3页(2015-2017)
