Relationship between teachers and students
A good relationship is important between teachers and students. It can bring the desired teaching effects and let students do well in their studies.
This ideal relationship depends on efforts from both sides.On one hand, students should respect their teachers and teachers should respect students,too. Also ,it is a common sense in society that students must be polite to teachers and accept their good advice .
On the other hand, teachers should also be kind, patient and fair to all students. Teachers should take responsibility for what their teach and sincerely help any student who is in trouble no matter he does excellently or poorly.
There is a most vital point is communication between students and teachers. It is important for teachers and students in the path of learning. Communication between students and teachers is not only to improve student’s abilities or solving problems in study and life, but also to enhance mutual understanding. However, sometime things are more complicate than we think. Contradiction may arise between teacher and student. In this case, both sides should make friendly efforts to solve it.
In my perspective, only teachers and students keep a good relationship can they cooperate better.
