表面处理对Fe-Cr-Si-B-C非晶磁粉心性能的影响

【摘要】采用水雾化法制备Fe87.8Cr2.53Si6.57B26C0.5合金粉末,并应用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计( VSM)对其进行表征,结果显示其呈非晶态和具有较高的饱和磁化强度,分别采用磷酸、钛酸酯偶联剂及其两种的组合对粉末进行表面处理,考察不同表面处理工艺对磁粉心性能的影响,结果表明,经偶联剂表面处理的磁粉心具有较高的磁导率和较低的功耗.t87.8Cr2.53Si6.57B26C0.5(wt%) alloy powders were prepared by water atomization process, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating-sample magnetometer (VSM) were used to characterized the powders. The powders are amorphous and exhibit high saturation magnetization. The amorphous powders were treated by phosphoric acid, coupling agent and combination of the two, respectively. Furthermore, the effects of surface treatment on the properties of the amorphous powder cores were investigated. The results showed that the core from powder treated by coupling agent possess relatively high permeability and low power loss.
