为了更好的理论联系实际，帮助学生了解企事业单位人力资源管理的实务操作，根据教学计划的安排，结合《人力资源管理》课程的相关内容，特安排我们专业的学生进行人力资源管理见习。这次见习是我们第一次正式的见习与学习，之前的见习只是一个参观性质的活动，在这次见习中，我们将会走上见习岗位，亲身体验角色，发挥自己的知识与能力，做好分配给自己的工作。因为我们平时只能从课本上学习理论知识，能有这样的实践机会，当然就格外珍惜，希望能够通过实践学习一些书本学习不到是知识，积累实践经验，为日后参加工作打下基础。见习之前，负责见习工作的老师们给我们开会说明参加见习的同学分组情况和各个注意事项。将我们分为两大组，每组内部再分为三个小组。两大组的任务交替行，我是第一组，我们组首先去康业温泉酒店见习的学生。在去之前，组内各小组讨论路线及采取的交通工具，最终决定，因为担心第一天早晨迟到，所以决定打车去，因为路程确实有点远，大概十一二公里，坐公交的话还得倒车时间太紧了，然后下班回来再做公交。大家决定早晨七点一刻去公寓村门口集合然后出发。小组内决定去单位如果没有分配到同一部门的话，结束后互相交流自己的心得体会，如果有任何问题打电话咨询组长或者老师。

酒店共有19个部门。分别是：温泉部、餐饮部、客房部、KTV、酒吧、特产超市、女子会所、电子商务、洗车房、禅画苑、营销部、网络部、采购部、工程部、保安部、财务部、综合办公室 公司员工近千人，80%以上具有大中专学历，拥有专业技术职称人员210人，其中高级职称40人，中级职称110人。
二、见习单位人力资源部门总体情况
人力资源部门的总体环境不太了解，只接触到了其中的几个部门，例如营销部，该部门大概有20人左右，据工作人员说，这个部门的人员更替稍微频繁一些，经常有新员工来老员工走。

康业的工作环境总的来说还是不错的，各自有各自的办公区域，配置完全，由于是四星标准，所以员工所处的环境也是相对较

四、职责 （一）营销部
我是首先分配到了营销部，根据工作人员给我的资料和员工的交流之中了解到，该部门的主要职责是做销售，简单的来说是将服务卖出去，例如给客户打电话，请客户来消费或者公司下达任务，办卡（及办充值卡，以后凭卡消费）或者充值。
PS：由于营销部的人员大部分时间在于客户沟通，出入的地方许多是私人会所或者是公司，带上我们实习生不太方便，还有可能影响工作人员与客户的交流，所以我们只是在办公室进行一些简单的工作，哪里有需要就去哪里。
（二）广告部
在营销部工作一天后，第二天上午来到了广告部。该部门的据我们了解到的主要工作是广告宣传，宣传康业的这个企业的服务等。还有康业承办的各种活动，都进行宣传。宣传的模式有网站宣传、员工的业务关系宣传、做广告牌展览、发传单等。
（三）客房部
客房部见习的同学大都是在叠床单，叠被子，打扫房间。这一部门的工作显而易见，就是为客人服务的，服务范围是客人的住房。帮客人打扫房间，清理房间的杂物，换洗床单被罩等。
（四）温泉部
在温泉部的同学是在门口站岗的，不许交头接耳，抬头挺胸。负责帮客人递拿东西。负责入口处的纪律安全。客人下浴池要提醒小心滑，帮客人摆鞋，给客人递浴巾等。
五、工作效率
在我看来，康业的人员工作效率还是可以的，上边布置了任务，立刻就执行。有的员工工资的多少与业绩挂钩，这部分的人工作效率大概是最高的了。不过工作人员之间的交流不是特别完善，总会有这样那样的问题。

在营销部时，见识到了销售人员与客户之间的交流，当然我们只是单方面的听到工作人员的话。领导下发了这个月的任务量，总共50万的金额。一个工作人员，打了四五个电话，就完成了十几万的交易量。当时感觉挺佩服的，工作人员告诉我们说，这都是老客户，根本不需要见面，只是打个电话就可以拿下，老客户资源用完了。剩下的才是任务的难处了。需要在自己所认识的关系一般的客户，或者是别人推荐更甚者根本不认识的客户人群中去不停地推销自己的产品服务。如果谈不成，没有业绩，就得一直跑客户，是相当辛苦的。
期间见到有员工工作除了问题，当时时间是12月1号，负责登记来住房客人时间的员工搞错了时间，订了一个11月份的房，结果发现定错了，与另一波游客的住房发生了冲突，为了满足客人，只得将给客人安排在更高一级的住房中，价钱稍微提高一点点，或者是还按原价算，这个不太清楚了就。犯错的是一个刚毕业一年的女学生，另一位员工很生气，不停地数落。第二天才没什么事儿了。

这次见习，收获还是挺多的，让我们见到了一个不同于以前我们做兼职、做短工的工作模式。见习过程中我发现理论与现实的差距，我们所学的东西想要运用到工作实践中还是比较困难的。书本上只是理论的概述，现实所要面对的东西就太多了，情绪、环境、接受程度等。将自己的知识与企业的现状综合考虑，并得出一个适合目前发展阶段，符合现在需求的方案，才算是对自己知识的正确的运用。如果说现在让我结合企业公司的现状拿出一套计划方案来，我感觉到捉襟见肘，首先自己的专业知识不过硬，其次自己缺乏统观全局的眼界与能力。
对于这次康业对我们实习生的安排，确实有些鸡肋。各方面的原因吧，现在这个时期据工作人员说正是淡季，一般法定节假日，周末人会多一些，我们现在到了没什么大作用，这个时期比较的轻松。

总体来说这次的见习还是学到了写东西，见到了以前自己所不了解的机构的内部情况，大致了解一个企业的各个部门及操作的模式，为自己进入岗位的状况有了一个简单的认识。让自己有一个准备，思想上有一个认识。
见习的同时对自己的专业换一个看法，以前总是觉得市场对于心理学的需求少，毕业不好找工作，当然这也是现状。不过现在觉得就算你干别的工作，把心理学的知识运用到里面，将会得到许多意想不到的效果，换句话说，心理学是一门万能学科，只要与人交流就可以发挥自己的优势。
对于见习工作的我觉得应该安排一些具体的工作给我们见习一下，毕竟上边做的这些工作没有什么技术含量，我们需要在一个职位上真正的去工作，才能看见自己的不足之处，再着手改变。就像士兵的心理状态与个人能力，只有上了战场才能表现出来。这样的见习任务是我们所需要的，身为在校大学生，对于工作对于社会接触的较少，我们需要这些机会来磨练、改正、充实、完善自己。
