【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical significance of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells change in peripheral blood of patients with immune thrombocytopenia(ITP). Methods CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood were examined by flow cytometry in ITP patients (group A, 62 cases) before and after different treatments and 35 healthy people (group B). The Foxp3 mRNA expression in peripheral blood was detected by RT-PCR. Results Compared with group B, the percentage of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in group A was higher[(9. 60 ±4. 15)% vs. (16. 56± 5. 68) %] ,but the percentages of CD4+ Foxp3+ and CD4+ CD25 + Foxp3+ regulatory T cells were lower [(3.88±1.34)% vs. (1.98±1. 53)%,and (2.72 ± 0.93)% vs. (1.38± .98)%] before treatment (P<0.05).The percentage of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in group A was (10. 72 ±5. 15)%, which was lower than that before(P<0. 05). The percentage of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells was higher in the patients treated with Rituximab combined with gamma globulin than that in those treated with other different treatments(P<10. 05).
