奥美拉唑治疗小儿慢性胃炎并消化性溃疡的疗效体会

【摘要】Objective To study the clinical effect of omeprazole in treatment of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer in children.Methods From October 2009 to January 2012,60 cases of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were received in our hospital. These cases were divided into control group and study group, 30 cases in each group. Smecta treatment were adopted in the control group,the study group took omeprazole treatment, two groups underwent 3 weeks of treatment. Two groups of patients with clinical curative effect and the digestive tract mucosa recovery were compared.ResultsAfter treatment,the clinical effective rate of the control group was 80%,the effective rate of the study group was 90%,the difference between the two groups was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05). The control group was 83.2%,the control group was 94.6%(P< 0.05).Conclusion The clinical symptoms of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were better,and the clinical symptoms improved obviously,the pain was relieved,the ulcer surface was healed,and the adverse reaction rate was lower.%目的：研究分析小儿慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者接受奥美拉唑治疗的临床效果。方法2009年10月～2012年1月我院共接收了60例小儿慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡病例，
