摘要

经济发展与环境保护并不是两个独立的问题，近年来我国经济快速发展，可是在发展中暴露出的问题，却不容乐观。“人无远虑，必有近忧”，我们不能天天醉于经济的高速增长中。分析经济发展与环境破坏程度的对比得出结论，要发展经济，更要保护环境。20世纪80年代以来,中国社会进入了改革、开放与发展的转型期,人口迅速增长和现代化工业飞速发展,大量的生产、大量的消费和大量的废弃物向环境中排放的有害物质大量的增加,环境质量快速恶化。随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,对生活的环境也提出了较高的水准。因此,我国在加快经济发展的同时要加快对生存环境的治理。正确处理环境保护与经济建设二者之间的关系,把环境问题成为制约经济社会发展的“瓶颈”变成经济发展的“推动器”。

Abstract

引言

随着21世纪经济的飞速发展，环境问题必将成为人类关注的重点，众所周知，环境保护与经济发展同等重要，并驾齐驱。然而，从人类历史发展的过程来看，各国都在为了眼前的利益而去牺牲自然环境，每一天有生物灭绝,每一天都有森林和天然湖泊从地球上消失,各取的都是先污染再治理的老路，到第二次工业革命后。由于各国片面强调经济效益而无视生态平衡和环境保护。使环境问题空前激化。加之两次世界大战,和世界局部地区冲突不断,更使得环境问题雪上加霜。
