【摘要】Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary
disease
combined
with
type
Ⅱ
respiratory
failure.Methods:146 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were selected from November 2012 to October 2014.They were randomly divided into the nursing group and the routine group,73 cases in each.The routine group patients were given the routine nursing, while the nursing group patients were given the ventilator special systematic nursing on the basis of the conventional group.The two groups were treated for 72 h,and we compared the changes of the heart rate,respiration and blood gas analysis indexes of the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The heart rate,respiration,PaO2 and PaCO2 indexes of the two groups patients when the admission had significant difference (P>0.05),and the each index of the nursing group was superior than the conventional group after the treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with type Ⅱrespiratory failure
in the implementation of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the implementation of scientific specialization and the effective nursing can significantly improve the curative effect,and improve the respiratory function.%目的:探讨对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者实施无创正压通气的护理效果.方法:2012 年 11月-2014年10月收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者146例,将所有患者随机分为护理组和常规组,每组73例.常规组实施常规护理,护理组在常规组基础上实施呼吸机专项系统化护理.两组均治疗72 h,比较两组治疗前后的心率、呼吸及血气分析指标的变化情况.结果:两组患者入院时心率、呼吸、PaO2及PaCO2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后护理组各指标优于常规组(P<0.05).结论:对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者实施无创正压通气,实施科学有效的专项系统化护理可显著提高疗效,改善患者呼吸功能.
