American college graduation practice depend on personal need ,not a required course How to build a platform for America colleges and universities students connect to society? How many opportunities that a society can provide to College students for their Graduation practice?With these questions an education website rescently show us a lastest research about the graduation practice of America. The most prominent feature of American education is diverse.Department of U.S. Education is not strictly required for the school`s teaching methods,books selection, and whether need a Graduation practice. U.S. colleges students generally pay a little attention to their study.To the most students, Graduation practice is not a required course.It has no relationship with writing papers or get a degree. Of course there are exceptions, the California Department of Education launched the \Teacher training program\it provides that college students in the teaching major must have a graduation practice experience.
近日，来自网上的一篇报道，公布了对美国很多大学的大学毕业实习的一项调查。调查称毕业实习已不再是美国大学里的必修课程。由于美国教育的最大特色在于多元化，美国教育部高等教育主管部门对学校的教学方式、教材选用，以及是否需要实习等，没有硬性规定。美国高校和学生其实普遍不太重视实习，对绝大多数专业的学生来说，实习并非必修环节，与撰写论文或拿到学位没有任何关系。当然也有例外，加州教育局推出的“加州教师训练计划”，就规定，今后从事教师职业的高校学生必须拥有实习经历。
No matter a government department or a private company ,the payment is not standardized ,it usually determined by the employer. However, who have salary are those in the stronger competitive position. They are often students who are outstanding in their major or communicate with others.
It is worthy to notice that some U.S. college students willing to practice in fact. From a further consideration of education or employment , very few people in order to complete their studies better ,though a Graduation practice. But for a student who wanna a PhD , the practice experience will be more important, because many doctor supervisor think highly of the students who have work experience.
无论政府部门，还是私营企业，实习期间的薪酬都没有统一规范，主要由雇主来决定。不过，有报酬的往往都是竞争性较强的岗位，获得这些实习机会的一般都是在专业、交际等方面表现突出的学生。

G:The sixth times contest of 2011 International University debate competition start. It is the first time the famous University Harvard join in this international debate competition, and they debated together with Nottingham University on the topic, \marry with the people I love or the people love me.\Harvard University played well, but lacking of experience, lost a good situation. In the end of the competition, Nottingham University contestant Maying Han win the \Debater\
J:2011国际大学群英辩论会第六场比赛开始，著名的哈佛大学也首次在本项国际级大学生辩论赛事中亮相，与英国诺丁汉大学共同辩论“选择我爱的人结婚还是爱我的人结婚”，开局阶段，美国哈佛大学发挥出色，但因缺乏经验痛失好局。最终本场比赛“最佳辩手”由对方英国诺丁汉大学的马英汉获得。
在第一环节中，反方哈佛大学凭借幽默的语言表达方式而场面占优，尤其是二辩郭瑞表现出色，作为一名经济专业的学生他频频利用自己的专业知识驳斥对方的观点。但在随后的比赛中，哈佛大学由于首次参赛显得经验不足、发挥不稳定。诺丁汉大学抓住机会，稳稳控制住场上局面，频频“引经据典”获得场下观众的阵阵掌声。
J:It is reported that in the 2011 International University debate competition this year. It attracted the Universities such as Harvard, U.S.A., Nottingham from U.K., Heidelberg from German， Tsinghua University, China, Hong Kong University, National Taiwan University and other 16 famous universities came from 11 countries and regions. (据悉，2011国际大学群英辩论会吸引了来自美国哈佛大学、英国诺丁汉大学、德国海德堡大学、中国清华大学、香港大学、台湾大学等11个国家和地区的16所世界名校参加。)
