Safety Work Rules
1.进入现场必须戴好安全帽、系好帽带、并正确使用(穿好)个人劳动保护用品。
Enter construction site requires correctly wear a helmet with chinstrapfastened and the use of other personal protection equipments.
2.二米以上的高处作业、悬空作业、无安全设施的,必须系好安全带、扣好保险钩。
For aloft work above two meters height,dangling work and work withoutsafety protection, workers should wear safety belts and buttoned insurancehook.
3.高处作业时,不准往下或向上乱抛材料和工具等物件。
Worker on site are prohibited to throw material and tools to upside ordownside. 4.各种电动机械设备必须有可靠有效的安全接零(地)和防雷装置、才能开动使用。
All electrical machinery and equipment must be reliable and have
effectivesafety grounding and lightning protection devices which then can be start touse.
5.不懂电气和机械的人员,严禁使用和玩弄机电设备。
Unprofessional electrician and mechanical personnel Prohibit operating andplaying with electrical and mechanical equipment.
6.吊装区域非操作人员严禁入内、吊装机械必须完好、吊臂垂直下方不准站人。
Prohibit non-operator enter into lifting work area. Hoisting machinery mustbe in good condition. No standing under the boom.

“Ten NOES” on Construction site,
1.不准从正在起吊、运吊中的物件下通过。
Prohibit passing through under lifting and hanging objects. 2.不准从高处往下跳或奔跑作业。
Prohibit jumping from high or running during work. 3.不准在没有防护的外墙和外壁板等建筑物上行走。
Prohibit walking in buildings without protected exterior walls and sidingwall 4.不准站在小堆车等不稳定的物件上操作。
Prohibit standing on unstable objects (e.g. trolley) and carry out operation. 5.不准攀起重臂、绳索，脚手架、井字架、龙门架和随同运料的吊盘及吊装物
上下。
Prohibit climbing up boom, ropes, scaffolding, portal frame, hanging plateand lifting objects up and down.
6.不准进入挂有\禁止出入\或设有警示标志的区域、场所。
Prohibit entering areas or places with signs hanged “No Entry” orotherwarning signs area and place.
7.不准在重要的运输通道或上下行走通道逗留。
Prohibit linger on important roads or walking up and down in passage. 8.未经允许不准私自进入非本单位作业区域或管理区域、尤其是存放有易燃、易爆物品的场所。,

9.严禁在无照明设施、无足够采光条件的区域，场所内行走、逗留。 Strictly prohibited walking or lingering in place or area without lightingfacilities or adequate lighting.
10.不准无关人员进入施工现场。

2.机械设备防护装置一定要xx有效。
3.塔吊等起重设备必须有限位保险装置,不准带病运转,不准超负荷作业,不准在运行中维修,保养。
Tower cranes and other lifting equipment must be equipped with limited
andinsurance device. Prohibit operation under faulty and overload condition. Nowork during maintenance.
4.架设电线,线路必须符合当地电业局的规定,电器设备必须全部接地或接零。
5.电动机械和手持电动工具要设漏电保护装置。

Electrical machinery and hand-held power tools should have power leakageprotection device.
脚手架材料及脚手架塔设必须符合规程要求。
7.各种缆风绳及设置必须符合规程要求。
8.在建工程：
楼梯口、电梯口、预留洞口必须有防护设施。
Construction-in-progress like stairs gate, elevator gate, openings must haveprotection facilities.
9.严禁赤脚或穿高跟鞋、拖鞋进入施工现场、高空作业不准穿硬底鞋和带钉易滑的鞋。
Strictly prohibited barefoot, or wear high heels and slippers into theconstruction site. Hard-soled shoes and other slippery shoes are not allowedfor aloft work.
10.施工现场的悬崖、陡坎等危险区域应设警示标志、夜间要设红灯警示。 Construction site should set up warning signs and red light warning for nightin danger zone like cliff, scarp danger and so on.

1.施工现场管理人员必须遵守各项管理制度，做到场内整齐卫生安全，防火通道畅通。
2.现场人员实行胸牌制度，现场所有人员都必须佩戴胸牌。

On-site materials, equipment and machinery should be placed neatly. 4．严禁在施工现场赌博，斗殴，盗窃和吸毒等违法活动。
Prohibit site gambling, fighting，steal，take drug and other illegal activities. 5.严禁在现场边抽烟边干活，吸烟须到吸烟点。
Prohibit smoking on site while working. Smoking at smoking area.
6.施工过程中的垃圾，每日收工时需要及时清理。做到工完厂清，保证现场文明整洁。
Daily construction rubbish should be cleaned up timely after finished dailywork. Ensure construction site neat.
