【摘要】 acute pancreatitis(aP) progress rapidly,and a high mortality rate. the causes of the disease complicated,the clinical manifestations of different cases are greatly different.early diagnosis is to prevent the disease of the deterioration of the necessary measures. the ct scan is the most basic, the preferred imaging ex-amination method,and this has been recognized as the medical profession.although the ct scan can clearly show the pancreas subtle organization structure, to understand the specific condition provides a strong help, but need combined with clinical performance, to an accurate diagnosis of the disease, to treat provide correct reference.% 急性胰腺炎(acute Pancreatitis ,aP)病情进展迅速、死亡率高,且发病原因、病理复杂,病程、临床表现和预后等差异很大.尽早准确诊断,是了解胰腺炎的严重程度、进展情况、预防疾病继续恶化的必要措施.ct 扫描特别是增强扫描目前被公认为 aP 最基本的、首选的影像学检查方法[1],可清晰显示胰腺的细微组织结构,为了解具体的病情提供了有力的帮助.但 ct 扫描诊断需综合考虑其临床特征,才能准确诊断 aP 的严重程度,为治疗提供正确的参考.
