【摘要】The incidence of diastolic dysfunction,especially for the heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF),gradually increased in recent years.And approximation with systolic heart failure,each accounted for 50％ of the incidence of heart failure and mortality.Severe burn is prone to heart failure due to irritation with ischemic anoxia,inflammation,and
many
other
factors,but
the
diastolic
dysfunction/HFpEF is lack of clinical systemetic research and monitoring.Based on the research in related fields,the authors propose to make a simple summar of diastolic dysfunction/HFpEF related concepts,signs and symptoms,diagnosis and therapy,and put forward severel clinical diagnosis and therapy recommendations combined with the pathophysiological characteristics of severe burns,and hope to cause the attention of clinicians and establish a sound diagnosis and treatment norms.%心脏舒张功能障碍,尤其是射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)的发病率近年来逐步上升,与收缩性心力衰竭近似,各占心力衰竭发病率及病死率50％ .危重烧伤因缺血缺氧、炎症等众多因素刺激易发生心脏功能障碍,但心脏舒张功能障碍/HFpEF缺乏临床系统研究和监测.笔者根据相关领域的
