摘 要

随着市场经济的发展，中小企业在国民经济中的地位越来越重要。但由于各种因素导致中小企业会计核算存在众多问题，这些问题不但影响中小企业的发展，而且不利于市场经济的健康发展。所以，建立建全中小企业会计核算制度，规范会计核算手段是十分必要的。本文将从实际出发，针对中小企业会计核算存在的问题进行分析，探讨其产生的原因，并提出相应的完善对策。

Abstract

Along with social and economic development， small and medium enterprises more and more important role in the national economy.But， due to various factors leading to SME accounting there are a lot of problems， and these problems not only affect the future development of SMEs， is not conducive to the healthy development of the market economy.So， set up an SME accounting system， standardize the accounting methods and measures are very necessary.This paper will proceed from reality， analyze the problems in accounting for SMEs， and investigate its cause， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
