股骨颈骨折采用闭合复位小切口内固定治疗效果观察

【摘要】目的：：探析股骨颈骨折采用闭合复位小切口内固定治疗的临床效果。方法：选择我院收治的90例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规手术方法进行治疗，观察组则采用闭合复位小切口内固定方法进行治疗，比较2组患者术后的关节功能恢复情况。结果：观察组患者的优良率为95.56%；对照组为84.44%，比较差异明显，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：股骨颈骨折采用闭合复位小切口内固定方法进行治疗，可以有效促进患者骨折的愈合，改善患者术后的关节功能状况，强化治疗效果，应用效果显著。%Objective:To analysis effect of small incision fixation treatment of the femoral neck fractures with closed reduction and the clinical.
