【摘要】With the continually deepen knowledge about their quality, their information used by different circles and related prescription of current law, regulations and industry standard, medical records quality control system and examination evaluation mechanism are gradually established. It is not only the requirement of current medical system revolution, but also a guarantee for basic management mode of any of medical institutions survival, as well as for quality support system of hospitals interests and patients medical safety. Medical quality management should rise tothe strategy level of medical trades to research. It is the question that bosses at different levels should think of establishing perfect medical records quality control system.%病案质量监控体系,考核评价机制的建立,是随着人们对病案质量的不断增深认识,病案信息不断被社会各界利用的价值突出,我国现行法律、法规、行业标准中[1]的相关明确的规定,而逐渐地被建立或正在建立,初步形成了体系和机制.这是我国现行医疗体制改革的需要,是保证任何一个医疗机构生存的基本管理方式,是保障医院自身权益、患者医疗安全的质量支持系统.病案质量管理应上升到医疗行业的战略高度去认识和研究,建立健全病案质量监控体系是各级领导都应思考的问题. 【总页数】3页(16-18)
