【摘要】Objective To improve the application value and feasibility of high-field SIEMENS NOVUS 1.5T MRI in scanning acute-fatal patient. Methods The indication was chosen reasonably, and the patients were accompanied by the doctors. The moving restless cases were injected with diazepam. The 64 acute-fatal cases were scanned with the specific fast pulse sequence. Remits All the cases but 2, who vomited, completed the scanning immediately. Conclusion The high-field SIEMENS NOVUS 1.5T MRI can make an \stop\clinical diagnostic imaging for the acute-fatal patients, which plays a decisive role in developing a reasonable and timely rescue program.
