HPLC法同时测定阿司匹林苯巴比妥散中两成分的含量

【摘要】目的::建立测定阿司匹林苯巴比妥散中两成分含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用 ThermoBDS C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm )色谱柱,以乙腈-甲醇-0.01 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾-三乙胺(10∶35∶55∶0.1)(用磷酸调pH至3.5)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为242 nm,柱温:室温,进样量:20μl。结果:阿司匹林、苯巴比妥分别在0.4020~1.6080 mg· ml-1(r=0.9997)、0.0612~0.2448 mg·ml-1(r =0.9996)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为99.21%(RSD =0.49%,n=9),99.63%(RSD=0.39%,n=9)。结论:该法简便准确、重复性好,可较好地控制该制剂质量。%Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of two components in aspirin and phenobarbital
