【摘要】Objective To study the clinical effect of escitalopram and fluoxetine in the treatment of depression and to explore the effect of the treatment on cognitive dysfunction in patients with depression. Methods 80 cases of depression patients in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 in were selected and divided into control group and experimental group. The test group of 40 patients, using escitalopram treatment, the control group of 40 patients received fluoxetine treatment, compared the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups, observed in patients with cognitive dysfunction to improve the situation.Results In the ifrst and eighth weeks, the effective rates of control group were 2.5% and 70%, the control group was 17.5% and 80%, and the results of two groups were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of escitalopram in the treatment of depression patients is prominent, quick effect, high effective rate.%目的：研究分析艾司西酞普兰和氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床效果，探讨其对患者认知功能障碍的影响。方法选取我院2010年1月～2011年1月收治的80例抑郁症患者，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组各40例患者。试验组采用艾司西
