摘 要
运用计算机进行网吧的自动计费与管理,是计算机成为当今社会辅助管 理手段发展的必然趋势。在查阅了大量参考文献的基础上,运用 IC 卡自动识 别技术、数据库技术和网络的远程通信与控制技术等,开发了计算机网吧自 动计费与管理系统,将琐碎的手工实际业务转化到计算机操作上,极大地提 高了网吧工作人员的工作效率,有效地提高了网吧现代化管理的水平。本系 统在参阅其他成功的网吧管理系统的基础上,通过对实际业务的分析,确定 了系统的设计思想和运行流程,主要在以下几个方面开展了研究工作:在对 自动识别和 IC 卡技术进行分析的基础上,提出了使用IC 卡作为用户上机识 别的标志的思想,并给出了具体的实现方式。研究了数据库技术及其发展情 况,根据 SQL Server 2000 数据库的特点,选用了适合本系统的开发软件。

Abstract
The billing and management of Internet cafes with computer, computer is become in today's society development the inevitable trend of auxiliary management means. On consulting a large number of references, on the basis of using IC card automatic knowledge don't technology, database technology and the remote communication and control technology of network, computer Internet cafe from dynamic pricing and management system is developed, the trivial manual on actual business into computer operation, greatly lift the cafe staff's work efficiency, effectively improve the level of the modern management of Internet cafes. This system refer to the other, on the basis of successful Internet cafe management system, through the analysis of the actual business, operational process, determine the system design thought and main research work carried out in the following aspects: in the automatic identification and IC card technology based on the analysis, put forward to use IC card as the user's computer is other's thought, and gives the concrete implementation way. Database technology and its development conditions are studied, based on the characteristics of SQL Server 2000 database, choose the suitable for the development of this system software.
