新生儿完全肠道外营养的合理氨基酸配方研究

【摘要】In order to get a rational amino-acid formula for neonatal parenteral nutrition,30 newborns,with intestinal surgical disease,who required TPN for more than one week were divided into three equal groups at random.Of them,Group A was treated with adult nutrition 14-AA formulae,Group B with infant amino-acid formulae made in West Germany and Group C with China-made infant aminoacid formulae.The body weight,liver ard renal functions and nitrogen balance of those eases were measured before and after TPN.The results show that there were no differences in liver and renal functions and nitrogen balance among the three groups.The gain in weight of those cases in Group B and C was better than those in Group A.The China-made infant amino-acid formalae were more appropriate in neonatal TPN than the other two groups in amino-acid analysis.%选用成人营养型14-氨基酸、西德产小儿专用16-氨基酸配方和国产小儿专用18-氨基酸配方,随机分别用于需完全肠道外营养(TPN)一周以上的新生儿各10例.TPN前后测定了体重、肝功能、肾功能、氮平衡和血清氨基酸谱分析等.结果显示三组TPN前后在肝功能、肾功能、氮平衡方面变化无显著性差异;体重增加方面小儿专用配方组优于成人配方组(P＜0.05);氨基酸谱TPN前后平衡情况,18-氨基酸组优于16-氨基酸组和14-
