一、省现代高效农业示园区带动企业情况介绍：
元浩农业发展有限责任公司属定忠实业发展（集团）下属农林事业部板块一涉农企业。定忠实业发展（集团）业务围主要涉及：煤炭、矿产（钒矿、石）、教育、房地产、农业生态旅游等等。元浩农业发展有限责任公司成立于2008年，公司注册地址：省市乌当区新堡乡马头村新寨组1幢，法人代表：定一，注册资本金：陆佰捌拾捌万元整。主要营业围是：农业项目投资等非金融性投资；农产品加工、销售；农业物质、化肥、销售等；集农产品生产示、销售和农业休闲旅游开发于一体的农业综合开发公司。现有职工267人，企业团队中本科67人，大专50人。其中农学园艺、植保、种植专业等技术人员30人，旅游及相关专业20人。
2010年元浩农业发展有限责任公司被评为省首批省级扶贫龙头企业。经公司多方考察论证，决定在乌当区新堡乡、水田镇投资、开发、建设省现代高效农业产业示园区基地。利用当地的交通、自然、区位、地热、森林、河流等等优势，将该区域建设成为，近郊、全省乃至全国知名的现代高效农业产业示园区。经过分期实施和建设，最终将该示园区建设成为，集现代高效生态农业生产、示、科普、观光旅游、会议接待、养生、培训学习、体育运动、健身于一体的现代高效农业示园区。在示园区充分体现出党和政府在发展进程中的“三农”惠民

二、省现代高效农业示园区建设取得的成效：
公司根据整体发展规划按计划累计投入资金：4000多万元，经过三年的建设在市乌当示园区完成了：土地流转3800余亩；花卉苗木产业示园区（3000亩）；名优桃产业示园区（2000亩）已完成建设800亩；盆景艺术园林产业示园区（200亩）已完成建设50亩；以及“松树林盆景艺术园林”和“大寨七彩花田”两个乡村旅游扶贫项目的建设。期间得到了各级政府的大力支持，尤其是得到了政府各级农业部门的大力支持、指导与关心。
1、高效现代农业示园区土地流转情况：
2010年10月公司正式进入市乌当项目区项目规划区域，项目区域涉及围：水田镇董农村、新堡乡大寨村、陇上村、马头村，截至2011年底共流转土地3800余亩，惠及农户416户，惠及贫困人口约860人，园区项目总规划面积约18400亩，建设工作正在按计划有序的推进中。贵开二级公路穿过整个园区，高等级公路新堡出口位于项目区，
