【摘要】ObjectiveTo study the functional recovery of total hip arthroplasty (THA) and internal ifxation (IF) on transcervical fracture (TF) patients.MethodThe total of 128 cases TF patients in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with THA; the control group was treated with IF, compared the operation, functional recovery, and curative effect of two groups. ResultsThe observation group's activities time [(20.1±5.2) d] was lower than control group's [(90.3±15.1) d]. The observation group's ADL [(55.6±15.2) points], FMA [(76.2± 23.6) points], FIM [(58.6±11.6) points] were higher than control group's [(41.1±14.2) points, (47.3±25.1) points, (40.2±11.4) points]. The observation group's excellent and good rate [78.13% (50/64)] was higher than control group’s [46.88% (30/64)]. The differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionTHA desirable a good effect on TF patients, can effectively shorten the ambulation time, promote the functional recovery.
