according to the differences between China and South Korea in the diet with respectively from eating raw material, cooking methods, tableware culture and table manners analyzed between Korean and Chinese eating habits of the differences. Finally from the holiday diet and two aspects analyzes the diamondback sino-south Korean diet similarities. 受气候、风土、生活习惯的差别导致饮食习惯也有很大差异。中韩两国有独特的饮食特点。
中国饮食习惯的一般性特征
我国的饮食特点：色、香、味、形。按季节变化来挑味、配菜，冬天味醇浓厚，夏天清淡凉爽；冬天多炖焖煨，夏天多凉拌冷冻。我国的烹饪，不仅技术精湛，而且有讲究菜肴美感的传统，注意食物的色、香、味、形、器的协调一致。我国烹调很早就注重品味情趣，不仅对饭菜点心的色、香、味有严格的要求，而且对他们的命名、品味的方式、进餐时的节奏、娱乐的穿插等都有一定的要求。
韩国饮食习惯的一般性特征
