Through the example of design of design and integration of module design of Van trailer, this paper expounds the advantages and significance of modularization in the design and manufacturing of special vehicles, which can not only shorten the turnover period, reduce production cost and improve product quality. It can also reduce internal logistics costs and shorten the design and development cycle. It can simplify, equalize, synchronize, streamline, fun, and achieve mixed line production of products between different types of products.
在专用汽车(及半挂车)制造领域，对于产品的设计研发管理，以往一个制造企业强调最多的是产品设计的标准化与零部件的通用化，而很少在产品零部件的集成化与产品设计的模块化细分上做过多的、硬性的要求。而在产品质量、成本、交期被车辆使用者和管理者这一购车群体日益关注的今天，制造企业在产品模块的划分和集成设计上显得越来越重要。
