摘 要
矿泉水瓶和和瓶盖是日常生活中的常用品,在塑料模具设计中具有代表性。本次设计对矿泉水瓶和瓶盖的模具进行了详细的设计;矿泉水瓶属于中空塑件,若用注塑模具,则难以脱模,故采用吹塑模具。矿泉水瓶模具设计主要包括模具颈部、模具底部底、冷却系统和排气系统的设计。在瓶子模具设计时,模具颈部采用嵌块式结构,由剪切块和模口圈组成,剪切块将多余型坯剪除,模口圈用于成型瓶口处螺纹。瓶底采用嵌件,其刃口将底部多余型坯切除同时夹住型坯,其固定型坯作用。同时采用在分型面上设排气槽,排除型腔内的空气;在型腔周围开设铸造水路冷却,对型腔内瓶子进行冷却,以达到瓶子成型工艺的要求。瓶盖采用注射模具,又因其属于大批量生产的小塑件,故采用一腔多模的生产方式。同时瓶盖内有螺纹,外有防滑纹,不宜采用强制脱模,故采用自动旋转脱模机构;由液压缸提供动力,在齿轮齿条机构的作用下实现塑件自动脱模;同时设计冷却系统,以保证瓶达到瓶盖的成型工艺要求;设计成型零件形状结构,并通过计算确定其尺寸,以符合瓶盖的尺寸要求。设计浇注系统使熔体顺利均匀地流道每个型腔内,通过设计导向机构等相关机构,保障模具精准顺利地开合模,从而实现模具整体性能的要求,生产出合格的塑件。

Injection Mold Design of the bottle of mineral water
Abstract:Mineral water bottles and caps are the necessities in daily life in plastic mold design representative. The design of the bottles and caps mold the detailed design; mineral water bottles are hollow plastic parts, injection mold, it is difficult to stripping, so the use of the blow mold. The mineral water bottle mold design including the design of the neck mold, the mold at the bottom of the end of the cooling system and exhaust system. Patch structure in the bottle mold design, mold and neck ring shear block and the die exit, the cutouts excess blank cut off, die mouth ring for forming the bottleneck of the thread. Bottom insert its edge to the bottom of the excess embryos resection grip type embryo, the role of the fixed-type embryos. Exhaust ducts located in the parting surface rule out the cavity of the air; set up in the cavity surrounding the casting waterway cooling, cooling the cavity bottle to bottle molding process. Cap injection mold, but also because the mass production of small plastic parts, it is a multimode cavity mode of production. Cap threads, outside the non-slip pattern, should not be forced de mouding, so the use of automatic unscrew institutions; powered by a hydraulic cylinder, automatic ejection of plastic parts in the role of the gear rack mechanism; design cooling system to ensure that the bottles reach the cap molding process requirements; design the shape of the structure of the molded parts, and its size determined by calculating the size to meet the cap requirements. Gating system design Melt Road each cavity flow smoothly and evenly through the design-oriented institutions and other relevant agencies to ensure accurate and smooth mold mold opening and closing, in order to achieve the performance requirements of the mold as a whole, to produce qualified plastic parts.
