基于CATIA的机械零件虚拟装配方法

[摘要]:装配设计是产品设计过程的重要环节,随着虚拟现实技术的日益成熟,虚拟装配已成为其应用的重要研究方向,虚拟装配也为面向装配的设计提供了一种新的思路和方法。在传统的装配过程中, 当一个零部件与另一个零部件装配失败后, 只能返回装配结果, 重新设计, 重新生成样品, 重新用真实装配来检验。这种装配关系的滞后检验, 不但带来成本的巨大浪费, 而且完全不符合快速反应市场的需要。随着计算机软件硬件技术的发展, 在机械制造领域中, 零部件如何装配加工、各零部件是否发生干涉等都能在虚拟装配环境中实现。借助虚拟装配技术, 能在产品设计阶段就能了解设计结果的装配性。这种虚拟装配技术对小批量生产方式具有开发周期短、设计质量高, 开发成本低等特点。
本文分析了目前虚拟装配技术的发展状况,归纳总结了虚拟装配的关键技术和基本流程,介绍了装配的基本步骤及干涉检查的基本步骤。论文成功的实现了基于CATIA的装配及干涉检查,最后通过具体实例验证了方法的可行性和正确性。

[Abstract]: Assembly design is an important part of product design process , benefits mature mouth of virtual reality technology , virtual assembly has become an important research direction of the application , the virtual assembly design for assembly and evaluation of a new way of thinking and approach. After the failure of the assembly of a component with other components in the assembly process , the only return to the assembly results , re- design, re - generated sample to test , re- use the real assembly . This assembly between the lag test , not only to bring the cost of enormous waste, but does not meet the rapid response to market needs . With the development of computer software and hardware technology in the field of machinery manufacturing , spare parts how to assemble the processing, the various parts of intervention can be implemented in a virtual assembly environment . With the virtual assembly technology in the product design stage to understand the assembly of the design results . This virtual assembly technology for a small batch has a short cycle of development , high quality of design , low cost of development.
This paper analyzes the current state of development of the virtual assembly technology , and summarizes the key technologies and the basic process of the virtual assembly , the basic steps of the basic steps of the assembly and interference checking . A successful realization of CATIA - based assembly and interference checking in the Paper, and finally , through concrete examples to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the method .
