无创呼吸机辅助呼吸在重症肺炎致呼吸衰竭抢救中的价值分析

[Abstract] Objective To explore non-invasive mechanical ventilation in severe pneumonia caused by respiratory failure due to the value of. Methods Convenient select in January 2010 to January 2015 our hospital with severe pneumonia caused by respiratory failure rescue 76 patients will it according to the law of the admission of odd and even numbers are divided into control group （n = 38， routine treatment） and study group （n = 38， the conventional treatment combined with non invasive mechanical ventilation therapy） and treatment contrast effect. ResultsThe patients in the control group the total efficiency （78.9%） is lower than that of patients in the study group， the total efficiency （94.7%）， between the two groups （χ2=4.146， P < 0.05）. After the
treatment， the study group patients of FEV， FEV/FVC， PaCO2， PaO2 index better than control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator assisted breathing in severe pneumonia caused by respiratory failure in rescue， improve the overall treatment effect， has important application value.

重症肺炎是临床常见的一种肺炎类型，具有病情危重、进展快的特点，易导致呼吸衰竭，致死率较高，对患者的生命安全造成严重的威胁[1]。临床抢救重症肺炎致呼吸衰竭患者常采取机械通气治疗，其中无创机械通气具有快速、效果明显的特点，在临床治疗中被广泛的应用[2]。为探究无创呼吸机辅助呼吸在重症肺炎致呼吸衰竭抢救中的价值，该次实验研究方便选取76例该院收治的重症肺炎致呼吸衰竭抢救患者分组观察，选取时间段为2010年1月—2015年1月期间，现将具体的抢救情况报道如下。 1 资料与方法
