附件1.北京中建建筑科学技术研究院概况 北京中建建筑科学技术研究院位于北京市丰台区南苑新华路一号，1975年成立，原称中国建筑第一工程局建筑科学研究所，1994年改称为北京中建建筑科学技术研究院，并在北京市丰台区工商局注册为企业法人，是一个综合性、前瞻性的建筑技术开发与应用推广的科技型企业。现任院长为杨世浩。现有员工165名，其中中、高级技术人员88名，享受政府特殊津贴的专家2名，下设研究中心、信息中心、检测中心、特种工程公司、高新建材公司、建筑新技术公司及中试生产基地等。

The Beijing Building Research Institute of CSCEC, located at No.1 Xinhua Road, Nan Yuan, Fengtai District, Beijing, was established in 1975.It is a comprehensive and forward-looking high-tech enterprise which enjoys high reputation at home, integrates the scientific research, the production developments, and the special engineering constructions into
