乳腺肿块超声弹性成像诊断与病理对照分析

【摘要】目的：探讨超声弹性成像(Ultrasonic Elastography﹐UE)在乳腺肿块中的误诊原因。方法回顾性分析223个乳腺肿块中彩色多普勒超声和UE声像图特征﹐并以病理结果为金标准探讨分析误诊原因。结果 UE评分诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性﹑特异度﹑准确性为82.5﹪﹑90.4﹪﹑88.3﹪。223个乳腺肿块中良性病变UE误诊为恶性病变16例﹐恶性病变UE误诊为良性病变10例。结论乳腺肿块UE误诊有其病理学原因﹐UE结合二维声像图特征能够减少超声弹性成像误诊。%Objective To explore the misdiagnosis of breast mass using ultrasonic elastography and analyse the causes.Methods The elastography images of 223 breast mass from 202 patients were collected and used to analyse the misdiagnose and the pathological results

Conclusion Misdiagnosis have pathological features of breast mass. UE combined 2D ultrasound features should be given to reduce the rate of misdiagnose.
