硬岩立井井筒钻眼爆破施工新技术

【摘要】For digging in hard rock layer,the blasting efficiency of original drilling and blasting construction of vertical shaft is less than 60%. Based on consultations and researches, the hydraulic umbrella diamond drilling and high-power explosives was applied to blast engineering. Meanwhile, the second-order mixed cutting and drilling controlling method were performed,which enhances the blast efficiency and economic profit.%对于硬岩地层立井井筒掘进施工,原来采用的钻爆施工措施,爆破效率不足60％,后经过多次咨询、调研,选用液压伞钻钻孔和高威力炸药爆破,采取二阶混合掏槽方式,同时严格控制钻孔质量,提高了爆破效率,取得较好的经济效益.
