三线制热电阻的话,选择任意一端固定,在这端上固定一支万用表表笔,分别测这端和另外两根线的阻值(如:PT100在零摄氏度时候阻值是接近100欧姆) 测得两个阻值相同,或者接近的一端就是公共端。(注:公共端除外的另外两根线的阻值是0,实际测量中大概是0.04欧)

怎样用万用表测量pt100热电阻

可以先在回路中断开PT100接线,然后用万用表的电阻档(200Ω)测量其电阻值。但测量结果只能判断PT100好坏,不能作为验证其精度的依据。 PT100在0℃时阻值为100Ω,随着温度的升高阻值逐渐增大,具体的对应关系可以查看其分度表

一度对应0.385欧。这就是铂电阻温度系数 TCR = 3850 ppm/K,说的就是这个意思,也就是说,温度变化一摄氏度,电阻变化0.3850欧,当然,这是理想状态下哦.例如:114Ω查分度表对应36℃,(114Ω-100Ω)/0.385=36.3℃ 反之36.3℃*0.385+100Ω=114Ω
