茶叶质量安全与检验技术课程教学改革探讨

【摘要】For the tea quality safety and determination technology course teaching situation,the article focused on the reform measures of the teaching objectives,curriculum,teaching methods,teaching methods and evaluation methods.Moreover,the turning and case teaching methods were explored to enhance the students’learning interest and classroom effect.The aim is to make the students understand the tea quality and safety issues correctly in a scientific attitude and offer better service for the development of tea industry.%针对茶叶质量安全与检验技术课程的教学现状，重点论述了该课程的教学方法、教学内容、考核方法改革措施，并对师生翻转教学和加强案例教学进行了探索，以提高学生的学习兴趣和课堂效果，使学生科学正确认识出现的茶叶质量安全问题，更好地为茶产业的发展服务。
