【摘要】Objective To study the images of fresh hard palate mucosal grafts by laser corneal confocal microscopy,to provide the new methods and basis for evaluating the posterior lamella eyelids reconstruction using hard palate mucosal grafts.Methods During surgery of hard palate mucosal grafts combination with orbicularis musculocutaneous flap for eyelids reconstruction,the fresh hard palate mucosal grafts were examined by laser corneal confocal microscopy and pathology.The two results were compared.Results The fresh hard palate mucosal grafts were layered into stratum epithelium and lamina propria.The stratum epithelium

composed
of
stratum
corneum,stratum
granulosum,stratum spinosum from outside to inside.Between the stratum epithelium and lamina propria were epithelial ridges.The stratum corneum cells showed disc,or 2-3 comers,invisible cell nucleus,with high reflection on the edges,and low reflection in inside of the cells.The cells arranged in groups.The stratum granulosum cells showed tactangle,or pentagon,or hexagon,invisible cell nucleus,with high reflection on the edges,and low reflection in inside of the cells.The stratum spinosum cells showed circle,invisible cell nucleus,with low
