小型电动播种机研制

【摘要】拖拉机悬挂小型播种机已经广泛应用于农田的播种、施肥等田间作业,日益取代传统的耕作方式.近年来设施种植的大面积不断扩大,然而,在设施内使用拖拉机悬挂小型播种机播种,由于回转半径大、碳排放污染以及高油价等问题,使用起来很不方便.利用设施内电力供应方便的条件,用电力取代拖拉机,将拖拉机悬挂(牵引)小型播种机改造为电动自走式播种机,既缩小了回转半径、减少了碳排放和噪声污染,又降低了作业成本.并且4轮驱动和2轮驱动方便转换,增强了在松软土壤上作业的适应性和机动能力,便于在设施内有电力的条件下应用.%Tractor suspension small planter has been widely used in agricultural planting, fertilizing and other field operations, increasingly replacing the traditional farming methods. However, in recent years, large scale cultivation facilities, making the tractor suspension small turning radius of the planter, carbon pollution, and their use of high oil prices had a negative impact. Replace the tractor with the power of this study, the tractor suspension small planter modified for electric self - propelled drill, reducing the turning radius, reducing carbon emissions and noise pollution, reduce operating costs; 4 - wheel drive and 2 wheel drive easy conversion, and enhance the adaptability of the soft soil operations and mobility.
