建筑工程项目施工管理实践创新
【摘要】:我国建筑施工企业的工程项目施工管理已经逐步形成了具有现代管
理意义的工程项目施工管理,但还存在很多问题,需要我们在实践中不断创
新,努力探索有中国特色的现代建筑工程项目施工管理模式,以适应生产力
发展。本文运用系统 经济 学的原理并结合笔者多年工程项目管理实践经验，
对建筑工程项目管理进行了比较 分析 ，提出了改进工程管理的具体 内容 ，
即建立运用工程项目信息化系统，并结合实际对施工现场管理和队伍建设进
行管理上的创新，使工程管理更具效率和效益，为建筑施工企业迎接国际化
挑战打下坚实的基础。

【Abstract】Our country building, the construction enterprise engineering project construction
management has gradually formed the modern management has the meaning of engineering project construction management, but there still exist many problems, we need to practice unceasingly innovation, trying to explore with Chinese characteristics in modern architecture engineering project construction management mode, in order to adapt to the productive forces development in this paper using the principle of economic system to learn that the author years project management experience, the architecture engineering project management is analyzed, and the improvement project management of concrete content, namely, to establish by engineering project information system, and connecting with the reality of the construction management and team construction management innovation, the engineering management more efficiency and benefit, for the construction enterprise to meet international challenges and lay a solid foundation
