中厚板碎边剪剪切机构的设计
摘要
中厚板被广泛应用在建筑工程、机械制造、容器制造、造船、桥梁建造等方面。中厚板生产线包括钢坯的轧制,板带的运输,板带的切头尾。碎边剪应用于板带切边后废边的处理,将圆盘剪切下的废边剪断从而提高生产速度和质量。所以碎边剪的剪切能力对中厚板生产很重要,碎边剪中的剪切机构直接决定了碎边剪的剪切能力和剪切质量。
本课题以中厚钢板碎边剪为设计对象,设计完成碎边剪的剪切机构。按课题给定的设计参数,计算剪切力,选择了电机和减速器,并设计了主传动系统,对齿轮、传动轴、轴承等零件进行了校核。最终完成了剪切机构的设计,满足了实际生产的需要。

Abstract
The medium plate is widely used in construction, machinery manufacturing, container manufacturing, shipbuilding, bridge construction and so on.. Plate production line includes billet rolling, plate transport, end cutting strip. Scrap shear for plate with a cutting edge after the waste edge processing, the disc shear waste edge cut in order to improve the speed and the quality of the production.
In this paper, the shear mechanism of the shear mechanism is designed, which is designed by middle thick steel plate and cut into design object.. According to the design parameters of the subject, the shear force is calculated, the motor and the reducer are selected, and the main drive system is designed, and the gear, the drive shaft and the bearing parts are checked.. Finally, the design of the shear mechanism is finished, which meets the need of the actual production.
