【摘要】[Objective] To study the main biological pathways leading to TCDD cardiotoxicity in Zebrafish embryos. [Method] Analyze the main biological pathways from microarray data of 72hpf (hours post fertilization) zebrafish embryonic heart by GenMAPP software. [Results] GenMAPP results showed that downregulation of many genes related to DNA replication by TCDD and upregulation of certain transcriptional factors were the main defective pathways related to TCDD induced cardiotoxicity.%[目的]研究TCDD引发斑马鱼胚胎心胜毒性的主要通路.[方法]用GenMAPP软件分析处于72hpf期的斑马鱼胚胎心脏基因芯片结果以了解TCDD导致其心脏毒性的主要通路.[结果]GenMAPP分析结果表明TCDD所导致的与DNA复制有关的基因的转录降低及某些转录因子的转录升高与TCDD引发的斑马鱼胚胎心脏毒性有关. 【总页数】2页(217-218)
