【摘要】Objective To observe the effectiveness of butylphthalide plus donepezil on the homocysteine(Hcy) and S100 in patients with vascular dementia(VD).Methods Eighty patients with VD were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the conventional treatment,while the patients in the treatment group were given butylphthalide plus donepezil.They were treated for three months.The levels of Hcy and S100 were detected before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 90％ in the treatment group and 72.5％ in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜0.05).The levels of Hcy and S100 decreased after treatment in both groups,but the Hcy and S100 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P ＜0.05).Conclusions Butylphthalide plus donepezil can significantly decrease the levels of Hcy and S100.%目的 观察丁苯酞联合多奈哌齐对血管性痴呆(VD)患者血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和S100蛋白的影响.方法 将80例VD患者随机分为两组,每组40例；对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组采用丁苯酞联合多奈哌齐治疗,两组共治疗3个月.治疗前后测定患者血Hcy和S100
