摘 要：
PURPOSE:To install and remove a
shielding plate from installing substrates without using screw threads such as screws or covers by connecting the
installing substrates to the shielding plate using engagement of supporting cylinders with pivoting shafts and specific engaging means. CONSTITUTION:Supporting cylinders 10 and pivoting shafts 35 are mutually engaged at positions over the full opened position of a shielding plate 4 and the shielding plate is then rotated from the full closed opened position to the closed side while applying prescribed elastic deformation to the shielding plate. Engaging means 18, 26, 36, 37, 38, etc., are kept in an engaging state to connect the shielding plate to the installing
substrates 7. In a normal used state of the shielding plate, rotation over the full opened position of the shielding plate is prevented with stopper means 32 and 40 to maintain the engaged state of the engaging means.
